After reviewing several early learning math apps I can confidently say that it’s no small feat for a developer to produce children’s math games that stand out. Counting apps tend to be formulaic – but in a good way; the content is based on researched methods of teaching children that produce results. The trick is to make the non-educational aspect of the game as fun as possible to curb frustration and keep players engaged. Alan’s World Counting For Kids has met this challenge head-on and shines as a math app that’s truly unique. Tizzy Driving Adventure App Review – Let’s Hit The Road

When I started driving my mom always used to say to me, “It’s not you I don’t trust. It’s all the other drivers on the road that are crazy.” In reality she probably shouldn’t have trusted me either, but that’s a whole other story. To be perfectly honest, though, when I think about my kids behind the wheel in about a decade I can totally understand where my mom was coming from. Tizzy Driving Adventure lets even the youngest of student drivers take the wheel without worrying about insurance premiums skyrocketing. Teddy Floppy Ear – Mountain Adventure Review: The Hills Are Alive With The Sounds Of Teddy

My kids have the attention span of a cricket. I’ll give you a moment to wipe the coffee off of your computer screen, which you spit out in shock and awe. For this reason they have been drawn to bright, loud, easy iPad games that don’t require long trains of thought or concentration beyond what it takes to decide between a regular or a Double Stuff Oreo. Teddy Floppy Ear – Mountain Adventure isn’t particularly bright or loud, and it also calls for a little bit of attention to detail. That’s okay, though, because the payoff is huge.
