While walking through a junk shop this summer, I came across this beauty: An old-school BINGO ball dispenser. Whether or not to hand over $2.00 for this rusty (and, in some places, sticky) apparatus was a no-brainer. My kids are too young to play traditional BINGO but not too old to have tremendous fun with a turn-handle toy that spits out small colored balls. However, as all us parents know, any game with small pieces has about an average lifespan of 3 weeks in the hands of toddlers (if that!). Thank goodness for the iPad and piece-less BINGO apps! Whether your child knows their numbers and letters or not, there is a BINGO app out there for them. Here are just a few:
